    • TECHNICIAN – Test drove vehicle, inspected operation & found; Vehicle drove well and shifted well during test drive. Check engine light on. – Scanned computer control modules & found; ECM **P016A – Excessive time to enter closed loop **P2096 – Post cat converter fuel trim too lean bank 1 **P2270 – 02 Sensor signal stuck lean – bank 1 to sensor 2 – Inspected & found; Performed fault tracing related to codes. While driving and monitoring sensors via scan tool, rear oxygen sensor was not active, was stuck at 1 volt. Inspected for vacuum leaks, non e found. Checked connector, found no bad pins. Connection was clean and tight. Verified 12V signal and good ground. Found the heater circuit has excessive resistance of 543,000 ohms, correct sensor reading is between 100-350 ohms. This indicates the sensor is getting too hot and likely close to burning out. Cleared codes during testing and found code **P2096 returned. – Determined / Suspect; 02 sensor is faulty. – Recommends; Starting with replacing the rear 02 sensor and then testing further. ***Further Damage Possible***
    • TECHNICIAN – Test drove vehicle, inspected operation & found; No warning lights on related to this issue. – Scanned computer control modules & found; No related codes. – Inspected & found; Rear back up sensors working as designed, beeping when necessary. Park in and park out come on when in reverse and when backing up. Inspected related to the dealer notes of the SOD Module. Check both side object detection modules via scan tool. Found the left SOD module = horizontal alignment angle = .945 degrees. Round the right SOD module = horizontal alignment angle = -0.185 degrees. Verified each module has software programmed in. – Determined / Suspect; Alignment angles should be more closely aligned. – Recommends; Take to a body shop related to this issue.

Intermittent squealing noise heard coming from front brakes during test drive / L3-L4. Recommend replacing front brake pads and rotors. – Rear brake pads at approximately; 3mm, 20% = Below minimum spec. Rotors have hot spots / L3. Recommend replacing rear brake pad and rotors. ***Possible Safety Concern*** – Scanned computer control module and found; See diagnostic details.
