Repaired wires to sensor. Test drove. Verified code does not return and issue did not return. Cruise control functioning normally. – Determined / Suspect; Chewed through wiring for transmission temp sensor causing cruise control to auto shut of. – Recommends; Adding rodent deterrent to engine area.
- TECHNICIAN INSPECTED AND FOUND: – LOF sticker shows next oil service is/was due at 122,909 miles. – Engine oil level & condition; Full. Brown / L3, prior to service. – Front brake pads at approximately; – Rear brake pads at approximately; – Inspected for dash/warning lights, found; TPMS light on. Had code B1412 for tire pressure low sensor 2. Set all tires to spec of 32psi. – Scanned computer control module and found; See diagnostics. – Washer fluid reservoir leaking fluid / L3. More diagnostic time necessary to determine repair needed. – Windshield wipers torn / L3. Recommend replacing front wiper blades.
