    • TECHNICIAN – Inspected & found; Verified complaint. Rear wiper motor not working, sprayer works well. Checked fuse #23 for power. Has 12 volts. Removed tailgate panel to access wiper motor and wiring harness. Checked pin #1 for power from fuse 23. Have 12 volts. Both grounds are good. Signal to operate is good. Jumped power from pin # 2 and ground, wiper will move slowly but very slow if i keep tapping wire to ground. – Determined / Suspect; wiper motor internally faulty. – Recommends; replacing rear wiper motor.
    • TECHNICIAN INSPECTED AND FOUND: – LOF sticker no found/visible. – Engine oil level & condition; Clean, not yet due. – Front brake pads at approximately; 5 mm – Rear brake pads at approximately; 3mm rotors have minor hot spots /L1-/L2. Recommends replacing rear brake pads and rotors. THIS IS A POSSIBLE SAFETY CONCERN. – Scanned computer control module and found; no codes. – Front struts noisy over bumps, knocking noises /L4. Pass jounce test. Recommends replacing front struts and sending out for alignment. (Previous Recommendation) – Front lower control arm bushings cracked through /L4.
