Severely dark black / L5 – L6. This indicates oil change history has not likely been very good. This may cause long term issues related to engine condition/health like cam phaser problems and timing chain wear. Can start by performing oil service with flush and additive multiple times for best results. – Front brake pads at approximately; 8mm. – Rear brake pads at approximately; 8mm. – Brake fluid dark / L3 = Due. - TECHNICIAN – Test drove vehicle, inspected operation & found; Verified was able to feel bumps / L3 and heard road noise / L3. – Inspected & found; Tire tread getting low with front tread approximately 4/32, Front tires have outer tread wear with tread at outer edge 2/32. Rear approximately 5/32. As tires become low the tire compound is generally more firm which can cause a rougher ride feel and allow more road type noise. Also note the Honda does not have insulation that some other manufactures have, lack of insulation may also be contributing to the noise noted. – Recommends; Starting with replacing tires.
