- TECHNICIAN – Test drove vehicle, inspected operation & found; Vehicle drove and shifted well. – Inspected for dash/warning lights, found; None – Scanned computer control modules & found; None – Inspected & found; Technician removed wheels to gain access and inspected all brakes. Found front pads at 4mm (30%). Rotors have a lip and grooves / L3. Rear drum brake shoes at 80%. – Determined / Suspect; Front pads and rotors due to be replaced. – Recommends; Replacing front brake pads and rotors.
- TECHNICIAN INSPECTED AND FOUND: – LOF sticker shows next oil service is/was due at 99,360 miles. – Engine oil level & condition; Full – Front brake pads at approximately; 4mm, 30%. Rotors grooved / L2 & Lip L3. Recommend replacing front brake pads and rotors. – Rear drum brakes approximately; 4mm,80%. – Inspected for dash/warning lights, found; None – Scanned computer control module and found; No Codes – Right front upper hydraulic engine mount worn out / L4, leaking oil / L3. Causing excessive engine movement. Recommend replace mount.**Further Damage Possible***
- Technician removed front wheels, unbolted calipers, cleaned, lubricated, and reinstalled caliper pins. Removed and replaced front brake pads and rotors, with lubricated backing plates. Reassembled all components. Reinstalled all wheels, torqued all lug nuts. Road tested. Verified repair.
- Technician removed and replaced right front engine mount. Test drove. Verified repair.
